I have a comment - be open to learning from your kids in the class. Recently I couldn't work out something I wanted to do on my IWB and a 5 year old girl said she knew what to do and she could help me - and she did. After that she said to me "Whaea, we help you to learn like you help us to learn." Isn't that whatbeing 21st century learners is all about?
