Blogging! How exciting for an old head to be learning this. Now I can keep up with the kids (especially the teenager!)

What a lot to take in, in one session. I think its the sort of thing you have to take little bites at a time. Jennie

I can immedietely see potential for blogging when communicating with our travel buddy school in term 2. I can also see the potential for communicating what children are doing in class with their families. It will provide an immediate medium for publishing work and receiving feedback.

Blogs, blogging, mindblowing. Looking forward to finding out how to utilise and make the most of this tool for my releiving days, to motivate chn into deeper thinking and inquiry learning (me also the ancient one)

Wow!! This blogging is unreal and the opportunities it offers to the kids in my class are unreal. I can't wait to see their faces when they realise that they can share their thoughts and opinions on line and have people from all over the world read it. Awesome!!!!

Well Lorraine

You have done it again! The staff were engaged..it was fun ..as learning should be. We were blogging our socks off. The lift beverages and chocolate kept our chemical levels balanced as the blogging had us up in the clouds.
Great stuff. Thank you

After an intensive session this afternoon, i feel a little more confident in terms of how to set a blog up. It seems to be a really awesome tool in regards to children interacting with others. An opportunity to share learning.

It was nice to come back and read the positive comments left by staff and hear how they are using it as a means of communication in their classrooms. I enjoy visiting their blogs and reading the comment left by the students. I am seeing evidence of student engagement and an exciting means of connected communication.

I totally agree with you Bruce. I love working with your staff. Seeing the follow-on is rewarding. We need to make time for the staff to work on these e.g. at a staff meeting.

There are also more exciting aspects to explore....
